Property Management (BPM)

Benson Property Management (BPM) is now officially servicing the greater Contra Costa County. BPM provides professional property management services to both seasoned investors and individual owners.

For Immediate Release:
Benson Property Management is now operating in San Francisco’s most popular suburbs, Walnut Creek and Contra Costa County.  The company, owned and operated by Real Estate Broker Sam Benson (second generation Walnut Creek business owner), serves a need to provide affordable, accurate, and efficient property management services to a variety of property owners in the greater Walnut Creek area.

“There is a big need in our area to deliver precise property management services with a goal to to save our clients money as well as keep residents happy and resigning leases. And we don’t simply save money by utilizing competitive bids from maintenance vendors and so on. Since BPM is operated by myself ( an Inman contributor with brokerage experience in the area for over 15 years) and a seasoned group of service providers, I understand the importance of attending to small issues before they turn into bigger, costlier challenges,” said Sam Benson of Benson Property Management.

BPM officially launched its website in March of 2016. The company offers free advice for both tenants and property owners twice a week through its blog. BPM also takes a technology-based approach in business to allow potential residents to quickly connect with properties. Direct applications through a smartphone allows BPM to thoroughly screen residents for property owners, getting them matched as quickly as possible while promoting a win-win relationship for all involved.

“The boom in real estate impacted savvy investors and individual owners greatly. With that boom, however, came challenges. Property owners were not handling rental properties from a perspective that protected both parties involved. We ensure contracts are in the best interest of both owner and renter and use technology to help property owners fill vacancies and stay connected with properties in real time. The same goes for renters who can use our secure site to input maintenance requests, pay rent, and so much more,”finished Benson.

BPM is actively seeking property owners. BPM encourages anyone with questions to contact the company directly. Members of the media are encouraged to utilize BPM as a resource for local and trending news pieces within the property management and real estate industry.
