Real Estate Broker Sam Benson Wins Director-at-Large Title for CCAR!

Sam Benson, of, has won a 2016 Board of Directors position with Contra Costa Association of REALTORS®.


Director-at-Large elect for Contra Costa Association of REALTORS® (CCAR) has been announced and the winner is Walnut Creek’s own Sam Benson. Benson, who is a second generation business owner, specializes in helping seniors right-size into more fitting lifestyles and living plans when an oversized family home is no longer a good match. Benson’s background in finance, alongside his seasoned work in real estate and senior real estate issues, will help the newly elected CCAR Board of Directors address issues, challenges, and move forward within today’s evolving real estate culture.

“I worked hard to earn the votes that I did. I’m happy with the results and I look forward to serving and engaging with all parties involved with CCAR. From education to arbitration, our board is a valued resource and it is an honor to serve alongside my peers,” said Benson.
CCAR is divided up into 5 districts, which include; Walnut Creek/Rossmoor, Moraga/Canyon, Orinda, and Lafayette, Clayton, Clyde, Concord, Martinez, Pacheco, and Pleasant Hill, Alamo, Danville, Diablo, and San Ramon, and Crockett/Port Costa, El Cerrito, El Sobrante, Hercules, Kensington, Pinole, Richmond, Rodeo, and San Pablo. As Director at Large, Sam will interface with all the District Directors and their constituents.
