Realtor Sam Benson Announces Transition from Walnut Creek to San Francisco!

Real Estate expert Sam Benson is diving into the thriving San Francisco market as he joins ENGEL & VÖLKERS • San Francisco.

Sam Benson is known for his real estate brand in the greater East Bay area of San Francisco and Walnut Creek. Now, Benson is taking on a new role as he starts to saturate the moving real estate market of San Francisco as a Global Real Estate Adviser.

“I wanted to go where the market is unique, thriving, and changing diverse lifestyles. San Francisco is leading the country in so many real estate trends, which are becoming staples within the industry, that I felt it was time for my brand to really make this move,” said Benson.
As of December 2016, Sam Benson,  and his real estate efforts, will focus on typical real estate transactions within the San Francisco real estate marketplace – but with a global flair.  He will collaborate with buyers and sellers looking for both traditional real estate opportunities and some not-so-traditional real estate investments and deals.
“The San Francisco market has always been an envied lifestyle, which is why square footage is perceived as expensive. When you look at the demand to live here, and what the city has to offer just about everyone, you’re no longer buying real estate for its value- but you’re also buying it because of what the location offers,” finished Benson.
Sam Benson is readily available to speak with local and national media resources about why he decided to transition his brand into the competitive market of San Francisco and why it’s lure is part of the reason people are still investing into the area.

Sam’s background and history in San Francisco Bay Area real estate are well documented and respected. He provides a culture of collaboration with comprehensive and need based services, employing the use of trusted, contractors, stagers, inspectors, consultants, estate sale professionals, and referrals for your home and real estate needs.

His participation in California Association of Realtors as a Director at Large as well as local realtor associations includes Budget & Finance, Grievance, Education and Business/Technology committees shows his passion for real estate and the real estate community.

Sam is Past President of Encinal Yacht Club in Alameda, California, Chair of Encinal YC Nominating committee, board member of local charities benefiting at-risk children. Sam volunteered as a grant writer/team member for Contra Costa Humane Society, helping to secure a $50,000 award from an Animal Rescue organization, helping feed dogs and cats during the 2008-2011 housing crisis.
