I have never sold a house before and last year I put my family home on the market. The house is a Rancho San Miguel Eichler built in the late 50’s and it was in terrible shape, needing a ton of work (roof, paint, floors, fences, major tree work). Sam took me through the entire process. He not only found contractors for the work but provided me with several estimates and helped me decide which was the best choice. As executor of my parents’ estate, I was charged with the task of selling the family home after their passing.
