Walnut Creek Holds Get Involved 2008

One of the unique qualities of Walnut Creek is how many people volunteer their time for causes, issues and non profits that they feel a passion.  I have been on the Board of Directors of the Contra Costa Police Athletic Associaion for about two years and find it to be very valuable and gratifying.

Here’s a partial list of other organizations that need volunteers.  I hope that everyone reading this post will take the time to consider getting involved with an issue or charity.  To find out more about many other charities,  go to helpnow.org for more information.
