The past 30 days have shown a significant increase in home sales in Walnut Creek. Most real estate professional believe it to be the increased loan limits that are coming soon. I also believe that we may have hit A bottom. There is a difference between hitting A bottom and THE bottom.
Buyer confidence is getting better and as importantly, seller understating is improving as well. Is graph is a small slice of the pie, it’s on the past 30 days, however I do believe that the Walnut Creek real estate market is showing some health signs of recovery.
