2013 going on 2014
It is hard to believe but in a few days we are going to leap in to the New Year. These last few days of the year are always a good time to take a look back at what happened and try to understand what we might want to do differently next year.
In 2013 I have gotten very serious about blogging. Every week I was trying to find a topic of interest that would flare a conversation or lead to open discussions. Since our first post on April 25, I have written 28 blogs on various real estate topics this year. It is not always so easy to come up with something to write about and often I was scratching my head to find the best and most interesting issue for the week. But no matter how hard it was some times to write, I am happy that I was able to write to those who were interested. I am sure that I will have a so called “writer’s block” during 2014 as well, but knowing that so many of you are enjoying my blog will worth every second of my struggle.
Some of my favorite posts of 2013
We all have our favorites. Some things are closer to our hearts then others and I too have good and bad memories of some of my blog posts. Here are share some of my favorite posts I’ve written that were the funnest to work on this year.
This had to be my favorite post of the year because it is truly an interesting and historical story. Nuclear missile places are not what comes to mind when thinking about building your home. This fascinating story takes us back to a time that some of you very much remember and connects the past with the present through creativity and inspiration.
I had a lot of fun writing this post, simply because I love gadgets and I love apps. It is amazing how technology has transformed our lives and even though new technology does present some unsettling issues, it very much allows us to enjoy things we couldn’t imagine we could before.
As always, I need your help in the future as well. Help me understand what can I do to make my blog posts more enjoyable. Send me a text or an email and let me know what were your favorite topics last year and what would you like to see and read about in 2014. Your feedback is very important to me and I hope that you will take a couple of minutes of your time to send me your opinion.
Happy New Year!
I would like to wish all of you a new year that brings you luck and prosperity, and a new year that brings happiness and joy. Happy New Year!
